Job Description

Own Daily & Monthly planning for Repeat revenue, Retention & User growth metrics

- Own Daily monitoring and intraday RCA to problem solve for achieving targets- understand levers of growth / DE growth (Traffic/ pricing / selection etc.)  To action out with different stakeholders (digital, social, CRM, Merchandising etc.) during regular days and Big sale events 

- Understand Channel level sources of traffic and conversion funnel and action out how to extract growth 

- Plan experiments to test hypothesis for short/ medium term growth, backed by data and customer insights 

- Manage cross functional growth projects with product, tech and other teams  

- Drive analytical projects to understand conversion levers, customer cohorts better

- Drive Organic User Growth led by product
